This week in English, we have been reading the traditional tale 'Jack and the Beanstalk.' We have been focusing on the characters in the story. Foundation children will be thinking of sentences and writing all about the story. Whilst Year 1 will be writing their own stories thinking about the features of a traditional tale. In Maths, we have been continuing to focus on our number formation focusing this week on numbers eleven and twelve. We have also been focusing on recognising our number bonds to 10. Whilst year 1 have been continuing to focus on position and direction.
