Safety Advice & Help

It is always good to talk about stuff that makes you upset. If you are worried, go and tell a grown up you trust e.g. a family member, teacher or one of your friend’s parents. They will say well done for speaking out. You can also call Childline on 0800 1111 and someone will always be there to listen.

Contact Childline

You can talk to Childline about anything. No problem is too big or too small. It is confidential and you don’t have to give your name if you don’t want to.

Call on 0800 1111. Calls are free from landlines and mobiles in the UK and and they won't show up on your phone bill. Even if you don't have credit on your mobile phone you can still call for free.
